March 13, 2013. At the hospital, Serena Mirasol (Angelica Panganiban) paid the hospital bills of Ruben Manubat (Piolo Pascual) and the payment for Ruben's surgical operation. At that time, Lando (Rico Barrera) together with Tomas (Alizon Andres) and Flor (Natasha Cabrera) were wondering where Serena got the money. Serena, on the other hand, kept her mouth shut, protecting herself and Ruben from discrimination and from Zandro's (Arnold Reyes) friends. After awhile, Serena saw Zandro's friends at the hospital wherein she hurriedly left the hospital without informing any of her friends what happened to her. Meanwhile, at the company of Anton Lamayre (Diether Ocampo), Anton was with Orwell (Bryan Santos) on their way to Anton's office. Orwell tried to talk to Anton about what happened during his engagement party but Anton did not want to talk about it anymore. During that time, Adrianna Lamayre (Angel Aquino) arrived, convincing Anton to come back to her and Manolo Lamayre (Freddie Webb). Adrianna even let Anton realize that she was right all along about Rebecca Del Sol (Angelica Panganiban). Anton, on the other hand, did not care about what Adrianna told him because all he wanted is to leave him alone. Later that time, Rebecca together with Kara (Regine Angeles) arrived at Anton's company. Rebecca tried to talk to Anton and explain her side but Anton refused to listen to Rebecca. Meanwhile, Odessa Villarosa (Aiko Melendez) is still alive and is now ready to go back to the Philippines.
